How it works

Four steps from the moment you report something to the moment it is closed.

    Step 1

You submit a complaint. It is registered at the CEA head office.

You get a number to follow it by, so nothing depends on remembering who you spoke to.

    Step 2

It is forwarded to the regional office responsible for the area.

One of 25 offices, so the people handling it know the district.

    Step 3

An environment officer investigates and takes action.

A site visit, and a dated record of what was done.

    Step 4

The complaint is resolved and you are notified.

We ensure the issue is addressed effectively and keep you informed of the final outcome.
